Can I access my unit at anytime?


Yes! You will receive your own personal security code to access the gate at anytime day or night.


What about Security?


We have an up to date Camera Surveillance System. The facility is fully fenced and well lit.
In addition all units have lights inside them.


What hours and days is the office opened?


We are open Tuesday – Friday, 9 am – 4 pm and Saturday, 9 am – 3 pm.
We are open on the 1st Monday of every month, 9 am – 4 pm.
Other Mondays of the month, our office will be closed.

Can I store an RV, Boat or Vehicle?


We can store RVs, Boats or Vehicles. Contact our office for more details.


Do I need a lock for my unit?


Yes. We recommend bullet style locks.


Do I need to insure my property?


While insurance is not required, we do recommend that you insure your property.
Self-storage providers are not responsible for any loss or damage of property. You will need to purchase an insurance policy.

Some homeowners and renters insurance policies will also insure your contents stored at a storage facility. Check with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance to verify coverage. Your insurance provider may be able to add a policy to cover your contents at a storage facility.


What are the fees to start renting a unit?

For the first month the charge is the Unit Price plus the $10 refundable security deposit.
All rents are due on the first of the month. Our office is opened on the first Monday of the month.
If you start your Rent Agreement after the first week of the month, we will prorate you second month payment.


What type of payments are accepted?


We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. We can set up automatic payment on your credit card. You can also call in your payment.


When is the rent payment due?


Rent is due on the first of the month. Our office is opened on the first Monday of the month.


Is there a deposit for the unit?


The deposit is $10, due at the time of the Rental Agreement.

Is All About Storage Portland independently owned?


We are independently owned and operated.
Formally Industrial Park Mini-Storage. We are under new management.


What is Climate Control and do I need it?


Climate Control simply means the units maintain a comfortable temperature and your property will not be subjected to extreme hot or cold temperatures.These units are recommended when storing electronics or any other items that might be damaged due to extreme temperatures.
Climate Control units will be available in Spring 2017.


How should items be packed and stored?


You will want to pack your space carefully.

  • Place small items in containers.
  • Do not lean items against the walls.
  • Do not stack items so tall that they touch the ceiling.
  • Leave air space around the edges of the unit to help air circulate.
  • Place frequently used items near the door.
  • Place valuables away from the door and out of sight.


What items can not be stored in the units?

Hazardous and toxic materials are strictly prohibited.

Gasoline powered items will need to be drained of gasoline and oil before storing.
Do not store food.
